Simple and Delightful Two-Ingredient Churros

- 1 cup water
- 1 cup flour
- Pinch of salt
- Oil for frying (canola or sunflower)
- Fine sugar and/or cinnamon (optional)
- Chocolate, dulce de leche, or your favorite filling (optional)

👩🍳 Recipe:
- Bring one cup of water to a boil in a saucepan. Once boiling, remove the saucepan from the heat.
- While the water is still hot, add a cup of flour and a pinch of salt. Mix vigorously until a dough forms.
- Continue stirring the warm dough until it reaches a uniform consistency.
- Load the warm dough into the Churro Maker and squeeze the handle to form the churros.
- Add 1 inch of canola or sunflower oil to a pan and heat to 400°F (204°C). Fry your churros until they reach a golden crisp.
- Once cooked, drain the churros on paper towels. Optionally, sprinkle with fine sugar and/or cinnamon, and fill them with chocolate, dulce de leche, or your favorite filling.
